A few useful questions.

What happens if the internet connection is interrupted?

The software retains queued readings and retries delivery within the configured storage capacity. A full queue pauses further polling; it does not create readings that were never collected or guarantee unlimited offline storage.

Will Edge work with any meter or sensor?

No. Protocol, data format and electrical interface must be verified for the exact equipment. Software adapter support is not proof of physical compatibility or completed commissioning.

Does Edge control physical equipment?

The current software scope covers readings, health information and read-only diagnostics. Physical-control commands are not included, and a production installation requires a reviewed deployment.
